Silvermoon Holistic & Beauty Therapy is one of the few Holistic and Beauty Therapy Rooms in Southampton. We are based at The Retreat, which is also open to non-members, Accolade Health & Fitness, Centurion Park, Northam Bridge Road, Southampton and offers a range of holistic and beauty treatments in a tranquil and relaxed environment.

The holistic therapies, relaxing guided meditation, facials, manicures and pedicures at The Retreat, Southampton are designed to soothe your entire being and to help you unwind from today's hectic lifestyle.

Appointments are always by prior arrangement, no 'walk ins' are accepted -except where specifically advertised

Only cheques (with bankers card) and cash accepted.

The Retreat is open to non - members and has ample free parking

Home visits (if you live in the Southampton area) can be arranged for Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Basic Manicures and Basic Pedicures at an extra cost of £2.50 if you can't get to The Retreat during the times we are there, please phone or email me for details
