Booking Terms & Conditions

When booking an appointment with Silvermoon Holistic & Beauty Therapy, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Missed appointments (for whatever reason) must be paid for, in full, if Silvermoon Holistic and Beauty Therapy is not notified of your cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time
Cash or cheques only please, no debit or credit cards accepted
All mobile phones must be switched off during treatment
Please note that all non payments are rigorously pursued
