Terms & Conditions

 
When booking an appointment with Silvermoon Holistic & Beauty, you entering into a contract and  are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • Silvermoon Holistic and Beauty requires at least 24 hrs notice of cancellation of your appointment. If I am not notified then a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost will be applicable, if another appointment is not rebooked.

 

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a charge. Although I understand that occasionally cancellations are unavoidable (and your particular circumstances will always be taken into consideration), I hope you will appreciate that late cancellations does cause me to lose income and prevent me treating other clients who may have asked for appointments I was unable to book at the time.

  • Late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time

  • Cash or cheques only please - no debit or credit cards accepted

  • All mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent during the time of your treatment

  • Only one person in the treatment room, for treatment at any one time

  • Due to Health and Safety and Insurance Regulations, I cannot allow babies or children under the age of 12 years in my Therapy Room
